Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time

We carry stock on our best-selling styles, but not every size and colour is on hand at all times. Here's what to expect:

• —In-stock items — orders placed before 12pm on a business day are packed and handed to courier within 1–2 business days.
• —Made-to-order / sourced items — if a size, colour, or piece isn't currently in stock, we source or produce it before dispatch. This adds roughly 5–10 business days on top of standard delivery. We'll always email you if your order falls into this category, with a realistic estimate for your items.
• —You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number and courier name as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once your order is dispatched, we use The Courier Guy or PostNet to get it to you:

• —Major centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban): 2–4 business days after dispatch
• —Other towns & outlying areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Total delivery time is processing time plus courier transit time. For in-stock items, that's typically 3–6 business days door to door. For sourced items, plan for 1–2 weeks in total — we'll confirm a specific estimate by email once we know what your order needs.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and shown before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you'll receive your tracking number and courier by email, and can also view order status from your Orders page.

Delays

Public holidays, courier network delays, load-shedding, and remote delivery areas can occasionally add extra days. We'll keep you updated by email if we expect your order to take longer than the estimates above.
